About Erica
Erica developed her passion for fitness at a young age. Her father was a body builder and introduced Erica to a healthy life style through out high school. Erica continued her fitness journey in college and received a degree in physical education, health, recreation, and a minor in psychology. During college Erica battled a weight gain of 30 lbs and vowed to help women be healthy and fit. She has worked for Michigans Adventure Bootcamp for over 5 years and enjoys every second of it. Erica enjoys working out, riding horses, watching scary movies and hanging out with her main man Jax. (her french bulldog) Don't wish for it, Work for it................Train insane or remain the same!

About Rose
Rose was active growing up, but it wasn't until she became involved in martial arts that she became interested in fitness. When she began to teach martial arts, she quickly found that she enjoyed helping people develop their self confidence and improve their physical fitness and flexibility. With this in mind, Rose pursued a personal training certification, to better help people attain their fitness goals and lead happier and healthier lives.
