“fun even though she works us hard!!”Trish, Clawson Boot Camp
I love Boot camp with Rose. She makes it fun even though she works us hard!! I'm into cardio more than weight training and that's what I like about Rose's boot camp because she ALWAYS combines them to to our every day workouts.
“I feel like I am in better shape than I have been for years”Kristen, Clawson Boot Camp
It has been great having you as our Trainer! I have never been a "morning person", but you make the workout motivating and fun. I like that every day is a little different, and that we focus on different body parts each day of the week. I feel like I am in better shape than I have been for years, and I feel a lot stronger.
“I look forward to the challenge each session”Eleni, Clawson Boot Camp
I have been rather active all my life but there is a difference between being active and exercising. For me it’s not knowing how to exercise but rather luck of self-motivation to work out on my own. I find that I workout best in a group. There is a sense of challenge, motivation and camaraderie that pushes me to push myself. The camp workouts give me more energy, keep me mindful of my eating and frankly make each day better. This summer I did a 5 day, 270 mile bicycle ride, something I would not have attempted if it was not for the strength, stamina and shape I gained from the camp workout. I love the way I feel and those around me notice it too. A year ago I introduced a friend of mine to camp and she signed-up the same day she came out to try it, and she is still going strong. I am very proud of her accomplishments, thus far, and she is a source of motivation for me. I love your workouts, and I know I am not the only one. It’s obvious you have true passion for this work. I like the variety, combinations, pace and the that you keep an eye on everyone no matter the group size. Your workout routines are tailored for maximum advantage of the time we have and I like that. You actually make the whole training process fun and I look forward to the challenge each session. I look forward to your daily emails for added motivation and pondering. Thank you for all that you do to keep me coming to camp, keeping me motivated and challenged.
“I kept improving each session”Dana, Madison Heights Boot Camp
I signed up with you because I hadn't worked out in years and needed to do something immediately. I remember really struggling each day and when it came to the first timed mile run I thought I was going to die. But I didn't. And I kept improving each session. By fall the class was moving indoors and it was going to be a little too far for me to drive to at 5:30 in the morning so I joined a gym. I continued working out in the mornings for a while, but then changed to after work. I go 2-3 times per week and even meet friends there now to keep ourselves motivated. At the beginning of summer this year (May) I challenged myself to run a 5k every month and have done so with my best time so far at 32:29. I also challenged myself to run a 10k at the end of the summer to see if I could do it and I'm happy to say I ran and finished the 10k at the Brooksie Way at Oakland University yesterday. I set a goal of 1:15 to 1:20 as my time and I came in at 1:15. I really appreciated the motivation and encouragement you gave me during our time together and as a former aerobic instructor I wanted to let you know that when I left your class I took your energy with me and will keep pushing myself to improve. I'm 48 but I feel so much better about myself than I have in years and I owe a good amount of that to you.
“Little did I know that I would love this program so much”Laurie Michael, Macomb Boot Camp
I am working on my 3rd year at MIABC. What can I say except it has been quite a journey. When I started back in September of 2012, I just wanted to lose a few pounds for my upcoming wedding in Vegas. Little did I know that I would love this program so much and be ready to start a 4th year this coming March. “Why would you wake up at such an ungodly hour to work out?”, “You’re crazy”, “ I think you’re obsessed and have body image issues.” Those are some of the comments that I listened to from individuals near and dear to me, repeatedly. Spite got me going, but once I started feeling good, others’ comments didn’t affect my motivation anymore and I ignored them. I didn’t have body image issues, I just didn’t feel healthy, and didn’t have the discipline to go to the gym on my own. The comradery and support received from all of the other members held me accountable as well. I decided to stay with this program to feel better, healthier and feel comfortable in my own skin. I have since accomplished that, but I am always a work in progress. When I first started, I didn’t change my eating habits right away, and really didn’t see results either. But when I started to see results just from counting my calories, it motivated me to keep improving, and now I log my meals via pictures sent to my Trainer, Erica. I ran 10 races in 2014, something I never thought I could do. However, Bootcamp has taught me that I can do whatever I want to, and achieve it with the work and dedication, and so much support from all the awesome ladies at Macomb BC. This past year has been a roller coaster with gaining back what I had lost the previous year, because of a sudden change in my personal/professional life, I had almost gotten back to my pre-bootcamp weight. I fought and scratched my way back, and since spring I have dropped two jeans sizes, and since August I have taken 10 additional inches and 7lbs. off, and one more jeans size. I have long term goals I would like to achieve, and would not even consider accomplishing them without having MIABC in my life. My membership with Michigan Adventure Bootcamp will always be renewed. I don’t ever want the unhealthy feeling I experienced before I joined, to come back. Laurie michael
After 2 kids and gaining more than 40lbs…I felt myself reaching a new weight, bigger clothing sizes and basically in a downward spiral. I couldn’t figure out why I felt tired all of the time. I had become a junk food junkie consuming daily doses of soda pop, eating at fast food places (out of convenience) and giving up on getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
I couldn’t figure out how to fit exercise into my busy schedule. As a single mom, working taking care of the kids and a busy household, sports activities etc. The 5:30am camp was definitely the answer.
After being in 2 camps I can honestly say that I feel so much better about myself.
I am eating healthier and have a lot more energy. I am excited that I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Last check, I lost 17 inches!!. I am very inspired and look forward to reaching my optimal goal. Thanks for all of your coaching, help and motivation.
I would recommend this camp to all… …couldn’t have done it without you! Bryan Kreger is definitely one of the Top trainers around!
(Rather not leave my name…..but want to inspire some of those at home moms or single moms that think it is impossible to make time in their day to get back into shape!)
Michigan’s Adventure Boot camp is honestly the best gift I have given myself. It is motivating, stimulating and challenging…everything my old routine lacked. It jumpstarts my day and I have met a wonderful group of women from all walks of life. I receive dedicated personal instruction – I couldn’t ask for anything more in an exercise program. You need to do this for yourself.
My workout with David is tough…but it’s also fun. He has a way of pushing me to limits that I wasn’t able to reach training on my own.
David explains every exercise, demonstrates the correct form, shows you the specific muscles you are targeting and guides you as you go along. I’ve lost weight, lowered my body fat and gained muscle, but, most importantly, I feel better about myself. The thing is…getting in shape is the best decision I made for me and my family. I want to give myself the best chance I can to see my children grow up. Dave has helped to make that possible. I’m motivated. I’m seeing results. And with his guidance, we’re setting new goals. Thanks Dave. You are a great person and a great coach.”

My name is Amber and I attended your outdoor boot camp in Northville last summer. I was very quiet and usually was at the back of class because I was embarrassed of myself-which you wont find me anymore-ha,ha. I only attended one camp although I plan on coming back this summer. I decided I have to tell you how much you changed my life! About 7 months ago I did your camp and back then I was 40 lbs overweight, depressed, did not date anyone, lonely and at my lowest point. During a conversation with you on the phone you had talked to me for quite a bit and during the conversation you said things to me that I really needed to hear…not necessarily wanted to hear. You were very compassionate and real. I could tell you truly care about people. It amazed me how a total stranger could seem to care about me so much-even more than I did. I did your camp and absolutely loved it! You were very professional, motivating and you would never take my crap. Whenever I said I couldnt do something you would laugh and you told me not to say “I cant” in your camp and would make me do it anyway. Surprisingly you were always right-I could do it! Your compliments and caring really inspired me more that you could imagine. After those 4 short weeks I was addicted to working out and kept working out daily. At first I told myself I didnt want to disappoint you and now Im at the point where I dont want to disappoint myself. You taught me how to do amazing workouts at home with simply 2 little weights. fast forward this a bit to present. You told me previously that being fit and working out can change your entire life. Well it actually did. I have lost over 30lbs! I am not where I want to be but confident I will get there. I look and feel better that I ever have! My confidence and self esteem is higher than it ever has been. I started feeling so good about the “New Me” that I started going out again and was getting approached by guys I never imagined would even talk to me. Now I am dating a handsome doctor and think I have found the man of my dreams. I got a new job, got my finances back on track and I feel like Im a young woman starting my life over again. You truly changed my life! I thank God that I spoke with you that one day because this year will be totally different than any other because of it. You truly are a wonderful person and really have “IT”. I hope you keep doing what your doing because I know you will be a Huge Success one day. Your the Best!

I have somewhat of an unusual testimonial I thought I’d share with you. On Wednesday after our hike I had a dentist appointment to have a crown work up on a tooth that broke. My dentist is here in Yorba Linda, and her name is Caroline Dang…..she’s a great dentist. She was drilling away on my tooth when the anesthetic started to wear off…..I motioned her, and she stopped and gave me another shot and continued. She still wasn’t finished when I felt the pain coming back again…..she had to stop again and give me yet a third shot to numb me so she could finish. She couldn’t understand why the medication was going through me so quickly because I had to have a crown once before and that didn’t happen. I mentioned that I had just gone on a “climb up Mt. Everest” that morning and she said that was it…..my metabolism was running so high that the medication was running through my body faster than normal. She was impressed…..so was I!
I really enjoyed the hike….even though I am so badly out of shape, I just hung in there and made it to the top…..like everyone else…..and boy was that view gorgeous! I appreciate that you lag behind for us slower ones…..you make us feel so good about ourselves…..I can’t wait for next Wednesday’s hike!
“I can always count on my long-time friend and Personal Trainer Dave Krainiak to keep me looking perfect when I have a big photo shoot or TV role coming”

I was completely bored with exercising. I have exercised my whole life and needed a change. It’s great to be excited about my workout program again. I’m beginning my 3rd camp soon!!
Pat Beckman, age 68
Michigans Adventure Boot Camp is simply the best! I particularly like the variety of activities and the sense of fun that’s built into the program. I really felt like I was getting the maximum benefit out of the program. I highly recommend the program to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and overall health.
I have spent a lifetime struggling with my weight and over the last two years have lost over 70 pounds!! Then I hit the dreaded plateau and no matter how many calories I counted or how much I worked out at home, I couldn’t lose anything else. Then I saw your Groupon. I figured it couldn’t hurt right?
I have now just completed my second boot camp. In the first camp, I lost 6 lbs. and 10”. During the second, I have lost another 10” and 8.5 lbs. – that’s 14.5 pounds and 20” in two sessions! I am feeling stronger and fitter every day and am starting to see definition in my arms that I haven’t seen in 20 years.
Who knew that 5:30am workouts could be so energizing? I really enjoy working out with all the wonderful, friendly ladies at the Macomb camp and am looking forward to Camp 8 starting. I can’t wait to see the results the next camp can give me.
I have to admit I was a little skeptical about something entitled “Boot Camp”. I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since day one of camp, I have been nothing but thrilled to wake up and hang out with my newly acquainted friends. After two camps, I have learned so many new exercises that have stirred muscles I didn’t know I had! The biggest change for me has occurred in my arms, hips and abs. I feel so much leaner and firm. I’m into a size 4 and my energy level has seen a significant boost. So, whether it’s interval training with weights or yoga and Pilates, I look forward to every morning’s new adventure.
David you are Awesome! This is just what I needed! 🙂
David, I have done boot camps before with Lifetime Fitness and nothing is ever as great as this past month has been for me!!!! I LOVE IT and look forward to every workout. You have no idea how my life has changed favorably because I have finally found my fitness test. I have shed about 5 pounds!!!! and more is coming. I must tell you-I was highly depressed about my weight an dnow overjoyed I have you and this boot camp class. I thank Gody everyday for my new family. Words can never describe my thankfulness to God for allowing our paths to cross! Thank you!
I can not thank you enough for putting together such an awesome fitness program!
I have to tell you my story from yesterday….
While I was pregnant with each of my kids, I developed gestational diabetes, partly because of my genetics but mostly because I was overweight and sedentary. Because of this, my OB sent me to an Endocrinologist (doctor specializing in diabetes). I had weekly appointments with her throughout each pregnancy, was put on a pretty strict diet by my nutritionist, and had to poke my finger to check my sugar levels 3 times a day. Needless to say, it sucked! Also because of my gestational diabetes I am now about 70% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes during my life and my kids are about 50% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. I continue to visit my endocrinologist and get blood work done every 6 months to make sure things are ok.
I had my 6 month appointment yesterday and received a stellar report from Dr. Bijlani! She is extremely pleased with my weight loss – even though it’s going slower than we’d both like – and had nothing but good news (except for my cholesterol which I’m genetically predispositioned)! My blood sugar and A1C levels are down in the excellent range relieving any threat of diabetes for now. She said she can tell by reviewing my numbers and charts that I am exercising and eating better.
I also find that I’m taking my lessons home to my family. I talk to my kids about the importance of eating healthy and exercising. I tell them when I’m going to exercise and quite often my son asks if he can go with me! I need to be a good example for my kids and I believe I’m moving in the right direction. I love the program and I appreciate that you are both willing and wanting to help and answer questions and give tips whenever needed! MABC is amazing as are both of you! God willing, I’m a bootcamper for life!
Thank you for helping me get back to being healthy and allowing me to share my story with you!
Wow! What can I say about Boot Camp. I can say so much I don’t know where to begin. I am 32 years old and have tried many different things to try and get myself into shape. Including working out with a personal trainer that cost me ALOT of money and just ended up hurting my knees. When I thought about doing Boot Camp the idea of getting up to workout at 5:30 in the morning freaked me out a little. Well, I am currently involved in my second camp. After the first 4 week camp I noticed a difference in my body composition that I never had prior. I have never really had a weight problem, yet was never really toned either. My legs and butt were on the flabby side, and as I get older I noticed it getting worse. Right now I feel so good in my clothes – I can’t believe it. People have noticed a change in my body. My hips had started getting little fat pockets on the sides and those are GONE! I am amazed at the results of the training that John gives us. Getting up and working out at 5:30 has been easy to adjust to and believe it or not, I have lots of energy throughout the day. I Love Camp and John Ellis is one of the nicest guys I know. He is not your typical arrogant personal trainer type guy. He is awesome. He is so knowledgeable and so helpful in the morning to everyone in the camp. I can’t say enough good things about him. I I love camp and I love what is happening to my body as a result of it!
Thank you for the dedication to all of us! You are awesome!
In February of this year, I started my first boot camp with John Ellis, I must say I was a bit unsure of my strength and abilities. Could I even keep up? Boot Camp? I’ve been there before! In 1988 I left the United States Marine Corps after serving eight years and being in the best shape of my life. Now, I’m a 47 year old female, 50 pounds overweight and in the worst shape of my life. I allowed allowed the corporate demons to suck up my soul for the past 12 years. I have tried every diet in the book from Weight Watchers, Fit For Life, drugs and personal training – unsuccessfully. Now it was time for a rebirth and I knew boot camp would do it. But could I handle it 22 years later when waking up at 0430 is a challenge in itself . Well John Ellis makes sure everyone at camp finds their personal success as he lifts our spirits and demands that each of us embrace our personal strength to the best of our abilities. As this was accomplished so was a gradual physical, emotionaltal transformation. Now while attending my third boot camp, I am stronger, healthier, with noticeable increased energy levels and have dropped one dress size. I have achieved my personal goals and much more . My weight, I no longer worry about because I feel too good to be preoccupied my with negative thoughts. This is truly a life changing experience and if your ready for the commitment, join the journey, come aboard. If not, stay home and sleep your way through life! I did it for 12 years. 🙂 !!
I have been away from a fitness lifestyle for years. I replaced fitness for watching my bottom lines grow. I saw John’s ad and was compelled to act for two reasons: #1: it didn’t sound like a sissy camp. #2: I had no time management rationalizations to use against exercising locally from 5:30-6:30am, a time slot previously reserved for snoring. What is the result? I have more energy and I am proud of myself for getting something started. I did not choose this program because of John’s extensive credentials. Now that I have done this for two weeks, I know that it is his expertise at working different muscle groups every day & incorporating different exercises that has made the workout difficult, and yet possible for me. The variety keeps it fresh and makes it a total body workout. I would highly recommend this program for anyone seeking to rekindle their love for a fitness lifestyle.
I arrived at boot camp overweight and out of shape – a true couch potato who loved food and hated exercise. But, I knew it was time for a change and John’s boot camp sounded like just the cure. What I was really looking for was something to jump start me into better fitness and eating habits. What could be better than four weeks of intense fitness training with other women under the guidance of an experienced trainer? And the classes were great! The variety of activities and pace of the class made the hour fly by each day. Don’t get me wrong, it was a lot of hard work. John pushed me harder than I would ever push myself working out alone. But he also allowed for the individual abilities of each participant. It didn’t matter that I was the slowest or the weakest. What matters is that I worked at and improved at everything. And the results are impressive. During the four weeks, I lost eight pounds. I lost two inches each around my chest, waist, and hips. I also lost over one inch on each arm and leg. I improved my one mile run time by 10%. Plus, I have more energy than ever. Best of all, it has given me just the boost I was looking to attain. I’m now eating better, sleeping better, and exercising regularly. I have the hope and belief that I can continue my new fitness habits and my journey to a leaner and healthier me. And I’m looking forward to returning to future boot camps to challenge myself again.
I just happened to find Adventure Bootcamp while searching the internet for exercise classes. I was fed up with feeling lazy and unmotivated so I knew it was time to finally do something about it. Since I found the class on-line, I was a little skeptical and as soon as I saw the time the class was offered, I immediately thought there was no way I could get up that early in the morning ….especially for an exercise class! After reading through the website however, it really inspired me and I thought – why not give it a try. It was one of the best decisions I ever made! Not only was I able to get up every morning – I actually looked forward to it because it was such a fun and motivating class. It really got my day off to a great start! I met so many new women and I loved that we did something different almost every class so I never got bored. I could really feel all of my different muscles being worked each day too. In addition to enjoying the class, I noticed that I had so much more energy and felt extremely confident with myself over the four weeks of taking the class. The best part of the whole class was my results at the end! I could NOT believe how many inches I lost in just the four weeks of class.David really knows what he’s doing and I am so happy with the results that I have decided to continue with Boot Camp for the rest of the summer! Thanks!
I think about your camp all the time and what it has done to help improve toning and all the great results. You are a great trainer and very motivating. I still get up every morning and workout at home and have been able to maintain and tone, but it’s just not the same as your camp.
Dave, I am really enjoying bootcamp! I have tried all the fad diets/quick fixes, no carb diets you name it, only to find that the results were very short lived.Surely my weight didn’t come on with a quick fix, so it is reasonable to believe that it will not come off with one. I am very excited and motivated that I am learning so much in my first bootcamp, I can’t imagine that there’s more. Although my body sometimes hurts and I feel inadequate, you motivate me to keep pushing, and that I can’t hide behind this weight barrier forever. I was very intimidated in the beginning, mainly because I thought it would be impossible to keep up, and that I would be the blacksheep of the class. But I am happy to say that you motivate everyone, whether large or small, and the girls are wonderful too! I know that if I stick with this regiment for the long haul, that I will have success. I appreciate your accessibility, positive attitude and your willingness to help us ladies change our lives for the better.
Happy to be Hurting,
I recently received an email from a husband of a Michigan Adventure Boot Camper Lifer, and it said, “After having our 4th child my wife, started working out with david’s program. Ever since then, her attitude about health, physical fitness, and getting in shape has amazed me. She has gone on fitness stints before, but they were short lived. Honestly, I thought this would be the same, but I was wrong. Results came quick and this was the first time she had a trainer. I think both of those aspects gave her drive to reach her goal and the desire to set a new one. She started getting nice definition in her arms; her stomach started to get flatter; her legs got more toned; and her spirit completely lifted (which makes both of us happy)! Her energy has shot up and sometimes I find it difficult to keep up with her!I also appreciate the nutritional changes she has made and the impact they have on me and our kids. I think my wife is setting a great example for our children regarding exercise and eating right. The only problem I have with David’s program is…Im finding it even more difficult to keep my hands off of her! :) In all seriousness, David has truly helped my wife in so many ways. I am very proud of her and what she has accomplished. Thanks Dave!”
Bryan Kreger’s – Michigan’s Adventure Boot Camp was exactly what I needed to light my fitness fire again. I ran across their ad, and decided it was the perfect 46th birthday present to me! I had been a complete fitness and weight-lifting fanatic since high school until about ten years ago and since then had gained about 30 pounds. I just completed my 1st three day a week boot camp and lost almost 12 inches and 6 lbs./or 4% body fat! I have already signed up for my 2nd camp – this time for four days a week. With Dave’s motivational techniques and the ability to work at your personal fitness level, I know I will reach my goal for the New Year!
I am 43 years old and last year I found myself overweight and extremely out of shape due to inactivity. I have never liked to exercise but knew I had to change my ways. I began following a sensible weight loss plan last March and gradually added in exercise. Although I did lose quite a bit of weight doing it alone, I had hit a plateau with my weight loss, endurance, energy level, etc. I began looking online for spinning classes, thinking this was a good way to rev up my metabolism, when I stumbled upon your boot camp web page. I was intrigued! I had jokingly told my husband for years I wished I could join the military just for the boot camp experience, so when I saw there was an actual boot camp in my area I knew I had to try it. All I can say is WOW! Katie, our trainer, is amazing, the workouts were super intense, and after just one camp I feel better than I have in ages! I was so happy with my experience that two weeks into the camp I signed up for the platinum membership. I reasoned with my self that I could easily afford it if I just cut out eating out so much! The time is perfect for my schedule–what else would I be doing at 5:30 a.m. but sleeping? My doctor is amazed at how healthy I am and my hairdresser, who I have known for over 14 years, said I looked better than I have ever looked. Thank you David for this wonderful camp and thank you Katie for your awesome ability to push me harder than I could ever push myself. I can’t wait to see what I look like at the end of the year after attending all of your camps!! I am now a certified exercise junkie!
Royal Oak, Michigan
Good Morning Angelica,
We have been so impressed with how thorough and efficient your registration and preparation resources are.

Your boot camp was extremely awesome 🙂 with only 12 sessions I was able to lose 17 inches off my body! I didnt even think that was possible! Although I didnt like getting up that early Im glad I did it was worth it. I have the women at my job Pressure Point Massage Therapy to thank as well for there support and motivation. Im back in college now and will surly return when the semester ends. What you do to help women of all ages and fitness levels lose weight is awesome and I must give credit where credit is due!
Love Lorna Thomas
p.s. Rock on!
Michigan’s Adventure Boot Camp has become a way of life for me... Participating in Dave’s camp has helped keep an ongoing commitment that I have made with myself to keep fit and healthy. As everyone knows, wanting to look and feel great is one thing, but getting there isn’t easy. Since joining the camp, I’ve not only achieved significant weight loss, but I’m toned and have reached the “feel great” part too. Dave’s passion goes beyond the great work-out, he’s a great resource for diet and nutritional information and as a result I’m much more attuned to my body’s nutritional needs. Dave’s camp has provided me with a morning routine that not only gives me the best work-out my body needs but sets the pace for the rest of my day. After working out, I’m energized, focused and ready to hit the ground running. Having a membership to Michigan’s Adventure Boot Camp has complimented my life. I’m a healthier more confident me and in addition to Dave I’m surrounded by a group of amazing women who inspire me.
Thanks for the great workout and thanks for pushing us through 3 sets. Erica is a great instructor and your program is awesome! I originally went to Adventure Boot Camp with Kelli Calabrese in Texas (you may know her as she is an “international master trainer” for Adventure Boot Camps I believe). I was so disappointed that there was not a boot camp close to my home a couple years ago and never joined but now that you have added Macomb, I am hooked!
Thanks Again for a great program!
Just want to let you know that I have LOVED, LOVED, LOVED bootcamp. I see so many good changes in my body, feel more energized, love accomplishing my workout at the start of the day, and appreciate the diversity of the every session. You have really pushed me and I am grateful for that. Today I did 10 REAL push-ups – accomplishing one of my goals. I have NEVER done a real push-up… EVER. I have recommended you to tons of people – most of whom are too lazy to wake up at 4:30 in the morning though 😉
Unfortunately, I am not signing up for the next session, BUT I am adding this to the top of my Christmas list. Long story short, last year my husband closed his business, I got a pay cut, and we sold our house to move in with my parents to save money. Typical of many Michigander’s I am sure. The Special made bootcamp affordable for me. So, while I hate to lose momentum, I am definitely planning on returning, just not right now.
Again, thanks so much for everything! You are offering a great program and I look forward to wrapping up this week and walking down the aisle as a bridesmaid in a wedding on Friday looking and feeling great.
WOW! I absolutely LOVE your boot camp and want to say thanks! I am so happy I joined! This was truly worth every penny and more…I’ll definitely be coming back and am signing up for you yearly Platinum Membership! I already lost 6 lbs of fat and have seen more results in the first 3 weeks of your camp than the entire 3 months with my last personal trainer. I wish I knew about your program a long time ago!
I was very happy with my results this morning when we did post measurements! I did 5 days a week and I ♥ It! I lost 8 lbs. and 16″. Dave thank you for doing this camp and thanks to your trainer Erica she is Awesome!:)
Anne from Novi, No longer needs to take high blood pressure medication because of her new healthy lifestyle.“Now I dont hide behind my baggy clothes. Thanks Dave, for creating an outstanding program, I really cant believe I found a program, a boot camp of all things, that has made me feel so comfortable from day one.”
Anne from Novi
This is the first boot camp I have ever signed up for. I’ve trained for and run a marathon, ran the Crim, and last year I started swimming to prepare for a tri along with weight lifting, biking and running. I was in great shape, probably the best ever in my life, at the age of 35 last summer. I am a busy mother of 3 and have returned to school. With this long, cold winter we have had I lost my mojo. I find myself dragging myself to the gym for workouts where I put in half the effort I used to.Your camps have me up at 5:00 am every morning and I love it!!! You gave me back my mojo, so to speak. THANK YOU!!!! It was just what I needed to get out of the exercise runt I was in and fall back in love with the after-workout feeling.
Novi Boot Camper
My wife loves your boot camp! My wife has never stuck with working out for more than a few weeks the entire time we’ve been married and its been eight years since we got married. Shes been doing your camp since last year and Ive noticed a huge change in her. Whatever your doing….keep doing it! Keep up the great job Dave!
I just want to tell you that Im going to continue with the camp. I signed up for the entire camp. I lost 5 lbs my first week and honestly cant believe how much I love your boot camp. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this and really impressed with you . Your doing something so special for so many people by what you created. I look forward to contiuing. Thank you for all of your help and support!
Tomorrow is my last day of my 1st boot camp and I just want to say how much I really enjoyed the Adventure. I was really into working out and I never missed a session with my trainer, then life happened I lost my job, got married and lost my motivition to work on myself. A girl friend told me about how she was doing this boot camp at 5am, I told her she was crazy my fat butt was not getting up that early to workout. 2 months went by and I had had enough of myself, I could no long fit into my clothes( i refuse to by bigger one) and I was tied all the time I really hated myself for letting myself go. so I signed up for my 1st boot camp if i could get up at 3am to go to work( which i no longer do I could get up at 4:30am. I am so glad that I made the chose. I have gotten my movition back, I have more engery and I can feel myself getting stronger. I just wanted to thank you for making working out fun again.
I just wanted to let you know that I just finished my second bootcamp on Friday and I am so glad I signed up! I feel so much stronger and energetic and just more “alive” than I did before. I can see my body starting to take shape and becoming more toned and I’m wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in years. Such a great feeling! Your Coach at the Rochester bootcamp is a FABULOUS coach!! She makes every workout fun and interesting…and worth the time! She pushes us just the right amount so that we see results but don’t hate her in the process:) I really enjoyed having her as the coach and I can’t say enough about her. All of the other ladies in the Rochester camp were so nice and a great group to workout with. I don’t think I’ll be signing up for this next bootcamp since I have a vacation coming up but I’m definitely considering joining the following one.
I have become a Boot Camp addict and may go thru serious withdrawal symptoms if unable to attend class until fall.
Hey Dave, It’s been a little while but I just wanted to thank you again. Since my boot camp with you I have gone on to lose about 50 lbs. While I still have a lot of work to do, I wanted you to know that you personally motivated me and taught me to work hard and eat better. I am trying to find time to get into one of your camps that is closer since they start so early. But I just wanted you to know that you are appreciated.
I have had terrible lower back pain on and off for years, which has often prevented me from exercising consistently. I will start a program and then need to stop a week later because my low back tightens up so terribly that I have a hard time bending and moving for even the most mundane of tasks. Anyway, I was at first a little afraid to try boot camp because of these experiences, but I know I need the exercise badly, so I signed up determined to try once again. I told Erica about my previous issues, and throughout camp she suggested different modifications to the exercises to protect my low back, and stretches to do afterwards to ease the tightness. I stayed focused on my form and doing the exercises correctly rather than speed and number of reps. To my surprise, although I was often very, very sore…I never had to stop! I used to feel very “fragile”, like the tiniest wrong move could hurt me, but now I feel stronger and more powerful, and I’m much more aware of how my muscles are working so that I can deliberately use my legs and my core to avoid putting pressure on my back. It has been a long time since I felt like there was hope for reducing my chronic back pain, but now I feel like it just might be possible to eliminate it altogether with the proper training. I will DEFININTELY be back to camp, because I know losing some weight can only continue to help this process. I look forward to sending you another story in the future detailing this success as well, but so far, I am thrilled with the results I have gotten.Thank you!
Good afternoon David!
I just wanted to let you know that Angela and I miss you! Neither one of us are happy with the new “boot camp” from that other company.
Thank you and have a great Valentines Day!
